Thank you for choosing GLOBAL LASER as your trusted laser equipment provider. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality laser equipment and/or accessories. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your purchase. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning laser equipment and/or accessories to GLOBAL LASER. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. GLOBAL LASER guarantees you a 30-day evaluation window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your laser equipment(s) and/or accessory(ies) to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Only laser equipment and/or accessories purchased directly from GLOBAL LASER are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for their return policies and procedures.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or promotional items that came with the product.
- To return any product, you must email or call our customer service team prior to shipping for approval.
Returnable Items
Any laser equipment and/or accessories returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should meet the following criteria:
- There are workmanship and manufacturing defects in the laser equipment and/or accessories.
- Laser equipment(s) and/or accessory(ies) damaged by the carrier or an error on our part.
- Received laser equipment(s) and/or accessory(ies) with incorrect model, specification, or color.
- Unused laser equipment and/or accessories that haven’t met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- No refund will be granted for the laser equipment and/or accessories that have been damaged by the customer or tampered with in any way that jeopardizes GLOBAL LASER’s ability to re-market or resell the item.
- Consumable or disposable items, such as laser lenses, nozzles, filters, cutting head protective lenses, and other similar items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
- Customized or personalized laser equipment, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Laser equipment and/or accessories not purchased directly from GLOBAL LASER.
Return Process
- If you believe your product is eligible for a return, please contact us. You can reach our customer service team via email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +8613475987745.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
- To ensure a smooth return process, please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
Get A Refund
- Once we receive the returned laser equipment and/or accessories, our customer service team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
- If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned laser equipment and/or accessories.
- The refunds will be issued using the original payment method. After receiving your returns, the refunds will be transferred to your account if there is no any damage to the product.
- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited within 2 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Liability
- In the event of receipt of an incorrect laser equipment and/or accessory, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part, GLOBAL LASER is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong laser equipment and/or accessory, it didn’t fit their requirements, or they no longer want the item.
