Designed for heavy metal fabricators, automotive parts, and nameplate engraving, it drives a tungsten carbide stylus deep into the metal surface, creating permanent stress-free marks that remain legible even after powder coating, galvanizing, or years of mechanical wear.

The  series electric marking machine is individually designed and tailored for various mechanical products and parts. Special tooling is designed according to workpiece characteristics to meet product marking requirements, enabling product traceability, quality tracking and anti-counterfeiting, facilitating production management and enterprise informatization, enhancing product image, and strengthening enterprise competitiveness.
Adopting the latest 4th generation electromagnetic marking technology, it offers more stable quality and better marking effects. It completely replaces old pneumatic marking machines, requiring no air pump. It features a built-in 7-inch touch screen and embedded keyboard, allowing free input of Chinese characters, numbers, common symbols, and graphics. It can automatically print production dates, serial numbers, barcodes, etc. Print content is automatically stored for data query, statistics, and traceability.
Equipped with linear rolling guideways with self-lubrication and self-sealing dustproofing, it ensures the marking machine maintains its precision even after long-term operation. The steel guideways double the impact resistance and wear resistance of the motion system, resulting in high marking accuracy and long service life.
Mainly used for marking on flat and quasi-flat surfaces of various parts, such as gears, three-way catalysts, crankshafts, drive shafts, etc. Working principle: The marking needle vibrates at high frequency under electromagnetic force to impact the workpiece. Meanwhile, a computer-controlled 2D motion mechanism drives the needle along a preset trajectory to form characters and graphics on the workpiece.
