The new EdgeBreaker® 3000 NEXT takes deburring and edge rounding of your parts to a new level. This deburring machine removes laser burrs from both the top and bottom in a just a single pass. The large glass windows at the front of the machine provides a clear view of the process, which makes process monitoring and control much easier. At the same time, the new EdgeBreaker® generation is up to 40 % more energy efficient thanks to an innovative drive concept.
Twice as fast deburring and edge rounding
The EdgeBreaker® 3000 NEXT processes sheet metal double-sided in a single pass. You receive perfectly finished sheets, metal parts and save more than 50% of the time. This is because the double-sided deburring and edge rounding machine not only eliminates the need for a second pass, but also the need to remove, flip, and re-insert the parts for a second pass.
Tool storage for saving processing parameters
If you produce a particular sheet metal part from time to time, you can save the processing settings directly in the machine and call upon the values when required. This allows you to quickly setup the deburring machine for repeat production runs. Thus, avoiding errors during setup.
Consistent results for every part thanks to automatic compensation for abrasives
For consistent results, it is essential to always know where you stand. The EdgeBreaker® 3000 NEXT measures the remaining length of your deburring and edge rounding tools (abrasives) within the machine and automatically compensates for the wear off. Leaving you with consistent results from beginning till end of the tools life.

The graphical touchscreen HMI is very intuitive and easy to operate. It supports you in setting up the machine and provides tips on operation and maintenance. It can even be used while wearing safety gloves. For efficient processing without errors!

All processing units (deburring and edge rounding) are equipped with a quick-change system for the tools (abrasives) to minimize your set-up times. You can simply remove the brushes and click them back in, without any tools needed! The machine can be outfitted with a variety of different tools (various grits and material composites are available). All for optimum deburring and edge rounding results to suit your changing requirements.
